Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like and they will be delivered one by one.
On average, most graphic design requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex designs can take longer.
Our design team comprises a group of accomplished, specialized designers hailing from diverse international locations. For example, for Fashion Design we have partners in Paris, for Architecture Design we have connections in Milan & India, for Web Design we have designers from India, for Product Design we have partners in Milan, for Graphic Design we have partners in India & USA.
Our subscription works on a 31-day billing cycle. If you find yourself with just a few design requests, you can pause your subscription at any time. For example, if you've used our service for 21 days, pausing means you'll have 10 days of service left to use whenever you need it in the future. It's all about flexibility to match your design needs.
At DD, communication is top priority. Clients can pour as much info & comments they want in their trello design board. On top of that, we do weekly feedback surveys to stay on top of any problems you may have. Plus you can always send an email in case of an emergency, we are very attentive to our emails because we don't have to waste our attention on long ineffective meetings.
Clients submit requests directly on Trello, share Google documents or wireframes, or even present their design requirements through brief Loom videos for a more visual approach. Essentially, any content that can be linked or shared within our Trello system is a suitable means for initiating your design requests.

If it's a custom work request then you can use our Gold Plan, it's a one time fee plan for custom requests. In Gold Plan you will be served by a team of designers rather than a single designer. whenever you want to.
In light of the exceptional quality & fulfillment costs of our work, we do not provide any refunds. We hold a firm policy in this regard. We are willing to go to any lengths to keep editing our services until it matches your expectation.
