The monthly subscription model offers flexibility, allowing you to halt and restart as required, ensuring you're only incurring costs when there's actual work for the designer.

It might catch you off guard, but DesignShip is a one-person show. This means you'll be directly liaising with me CJ, the brain behind DesignShip. For enhanced services like animations or unique illustrations, we team up with our affiliated designers.

We recognize that you might not always have a month's worth of design tasks. Maybe you just have a couple of design needs right now. This is where the option to pause your subscription becomes beneficial. Our billing cycles run on a 31-day basis. For instance, if you register and utilize the service for 21 days and then opt to pause, the billing will also halt. Consequently, you'll retain 10 days of unused service, which can be accessed whenever you wish in the future.

Typically, the majority of requests are fulfilled within a two-day timeframe or even sooner. That said, intricate tasks like branding, website, and app designs might require a bit more time.

We'll collaborate through a unified project board. Here, you'll see all our deliverables and what we expect from you in return. Direct messages and feedback can be exchanged right within the project. And if you wish, you can also bring in other team members.

After subscribing, you can populate your queue with numerous design tasks, which will be addressed sequentially. However, if you opt for the pro plan, you'll benefit from having two tasks processed simultaneously.

DesignShip offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.
