Archie Max is a productized design agency where you'll work directly with me, Fouad, the founder. I manage over 90% of the design tasks, supported by a select group of senior product designers for additional assistance as needed. As a bit of a perfectionist and control freak, rest assured that everything is meticulously overseen by me.

High costs! Full-time senior designers cost over £100,000 annually. Plus, it can be challenging to find one available. With Archie Max's monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription to pay only when you have work.

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up the entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

On average, most requests are completed in just 3-4 working days. However, more complex requests can take longer.

We offer a 14-day free trial with no upfront payment. If you choose to continue after the initial 14 days, your subscription will start automatically, and charges will apply. Due to the high-quality nature of our work, refunds are not issued once you're on a paid plan. This policy underlines the value of our risk-free trial, allowing you to experience our UI/UX design service without any cost.

We offer flexibility in how you request designs via Trello. Clients commonly request designs directly through Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even record brief Loom videos (for those who prefer it). If it can be shared on Trello, it works.
