Absolutely! At DigiFlow, we respect your privacy and guarantee that all the work we do for you remains 100% yours. However, if you'd still like to send over an NDA, you can do so once subscribed.

As a one-person operation, we are dedicated to providing you with the best service possible. In the rare event of unavoidable absences, you will be given as much notice as possible and you will be reimbursement 5% on your monthly payment for the affected days.

All UI is designed in Figma.

Upon subscribing, you'll gain exclusive access to your personalised Trello board where you can share Figma-ready brand assets, PDF guidelines, or any other relevant materials. You can also provide a written brief or share a Loom video link—whichever method suits your preferences, all conveniently facilitated within the Trello environment..

While we strive to deliver your projects with an average turnaround time of 2 business days, please note that this is an estimate and not a strict guarantee. The actual turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be executed and delivered one by one.

Due to the high quality and time consuming nature of the work all sales are final. However, you can cancel your subscription at anytime.
