To ensure that each task receives exclusive focus and resources, we only work on one active task at a time. This approach allows us to provide high-quality work promptly. When the current design is finalized, we'll present it for approval. Meanwhile, we can begin working on the next task in the queue until you provide input on the previous task.
No worries. If you are not completely satisfied with the output, we offer unlimited revisions until you are pleased with the work.
Each month, we hold a strategy meeting to collaboratively load up your design queue. You can add as many design task requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delived one by one in sequence according to your priority.
Most requests are usually finished within 2-3 business days. However, the turnaround time will be longer for more complex and extensive requests. We will provide an estimate for each request to keep you informed about the expected time frame.
Since different projects take varying amounts of time to complete, the output will differ per month. For instance, creating a social post or blog graphic is a much quicker process compared to designing a 6-page website.Nevertheless, what we can ensure is that we will work on your projects daily, as long as you keep adding them to your design queue.
You can submit your requests in our collaborative tool (Trello/Notion). We will oversee each task, keep you updated, and ensure it is finished to the highest standards within the designated timeframe.
