Our all plans are tailor-made for individuals and organizations with a steady stream of design needs. If you only require occasional design work, our Basic weekly plan might be your best bet. We're also open to one-off projects!

Our subscription service is a much lighter hit on your wallet, offering a melting pot of designer skills.And with a monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and pay your subscription as you please, only paying when there's actual work in the pipeline. Way more budget friendly.

We believe in quality over quantity, which is why we focus on tackling one task at a time. This ensures you get tip-top quality, fast. Once we get your smile of approval, it's onto the next! At the same time, we'll dive into the next task in your queue – no sweat.

No problem! You have unlimited revisions. We'll revise them as many times as needed at no extra cost. Your project is important to us, and we're committed to making it perfect.

Once you've subscribed to a plan, your subscription officially starts. Look out for a friendly welcome email in your inbox, inviting you to join our Private Slack and Trello board. This is where all the design action kicks off! Simply drop your requests into the Trello backlog, and we'll take it from there.We prefer asynchronous communication through Slack, Loom, or email, which enhances our efficiency and productivity. So there are no meetings or calls crowding your schedule.On average, you can expect to have your designs in hand within 2-3 days, and we won't stop tweaking until you're all smiles.Additionally, We also have a weekly sync call for most plans, except for the weekly plan.

There's no limit to the number of design tasks you can add to your queue. we'll handle them one at a time, following your priority list.Once we've perfected a design, we'll send it for your review. Then we'll move on to the next item in your queue.

Most requests are completed in 2-3 business days. Complex or extensive projects may take longer. We'll provide estimated timelines for each task, keeping you informed along the way.

The number of deliverables each month depends on your specific projects. Creating a social media graphic is quicker than building a multi-page website. But here's our promise: we're here daily, crafting your designs until your queue is clear.

Unfortunately, refunds are not available for subscriptions. Once you subscribe, we can't offer refunds. The time and care we put into tailoring each project to your business makes it difficult to unwind that work. However, if you sign up for our 'Quarterly' plan, and you feel you do not have work after the first month, please let us know. We'll have an honest conversation and refund you for any remaining months, excluding the current month and any discounts. While there is a cancellation fee of $500, we want to be transparent and fair. We'll cancel the Quarterly discount as well.

Managing your subscription is easy! When you first sign up, you'll get a detailed welcome email with instructions for accessing your client portal. That's where you can view billing details, update payment info, pause or cancel anytime.
