We do mean it when we say unlimited. You can create as many design requests as you want and your designer will work on them one at a time. Our online project management software allows you to view and follow all design tasks from beginning to end. You can even prioritise them so we know which one to work on next, making it as simple as possible to outsource graphic design for your business.

Not at all, your subscription to our graphic design service is on a month to month basis. You can cancel your plan at anytime. You will always be welcomed back.

We don’t work based on a set amount of hours per month. The number of hours we work per month depends on the monthly plan you choose and how many projects you submit. Your response time with feedback and revisions also plays a part.

Our turn-around time depends on the design task. Usually it’s between 24 – 48 hours for most projects. More complex design requests will require more time.For our Full-Time designer plan there are no delayed turnaround times. Your designer will work in real time and deliver as soon as it is completed.

Yes. We understand entrepreneurs and business people nowadays are often busy running multiple businesses/brands at once. Our online project management software makes it very easy to handle many different brand design tasks at the same time.

You will own all rights and licenses to all designs created by us. If we use stock photos, you will also be granted license for that photo. However, materials you provide to us are assumed to be licensed and owned by you. If you provide us with unlicensed materials to use, then we are not held liable for the rights of the final design.

Yes, we are able to design websites and logos for your business or startup, however, this type of creative design work is not included in your monthly subscription. You are welcome to email us your design brief and we will quote each design job individually.
