Good question ! First of all, the annual cost of a full-time senior designer is now over $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy all the time, so you find yourself paying for time you can't use. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you wish.

We understand that you may not have enough design work to fill an entire month. Maybe you only have one or two design requests at the moment. This is where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Let's say you subscribe and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you will still have 10 days of service to use at any later time.

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests may take longer.

Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests as you want to your queue, and they will be delivered to you one by one.

There are no contracts or commitments to use our service. You can cancel at any time and come back at any time. We are flexible and understand that you may not need designs consistently every month.

Due to the high quality nature of the work provided, no refunds will be given.

La Belle Marque offers great flexibility in how you can request designs using Trello. Clients have several common methods for requesting designs, such as doing so directly through Trello, sharing Google Docs, or even recording a short video with Loom (for those who prefer not to write their briefs). Basically anything that can be linked or shared in Trello is accepted.
