Plus, you might not always have enough work for them and have to pay for time that you can’t use. With the monthly plan, you can stop and resume your subscription whenever you need to. This way you only have to pay for the designer when you have work for them to do.

When you sign up, you can add lots of design requests to a list. The requests will be done one after the other.

Usually, we complete requests within two days or less, but sometimes it takes us more time if the request is complicated.

At Mtdgrafx, I am the only person working as an agency. So, you’ll be directly working with me, the founder. But if you need things like animations or custom illustrations, we have partner designers who can help with that.

Sometimes you may not have many design projects to work on for a whole month. If that happens, it can be helpful to pause your subscription. Here’s how it works: the billing cycle goes for 31 days. If you use the service for 21 days and then decide to pause, you’ll have 10 days left to use later.

Mtdgrafx gives you many options for requesting designs on our CRM platform. People typically request designs by directly using our CRM, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or by recording a Loom video. Anything that can be shared or linked to our CRM works.

Don’t worry! We’ll keep working on the design until you’re completely happy.

You can stop using your subscription when you’re done and start again later if you need more design work. There’s no reason to waste the rest of your subscription.
