FAQs

Who's behind Onit?

Onit is currently managed entirely by Ethan Suero, he’s a freelance digital designer and certified Webflow developer with 5+ years of experience in the industry. All designs and Webflow builds are mostly done by him, and he’ll be your main point of contact on a daily basis. Sometimes, when the workload is heavy or need urgent requests, we also have Webflow developers to support.

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time instead of Onitnow?

The cost of hiring a full-time senior-level designer/developer now exceeds $100,000 annually, plus benefits. Additionally, there may be periods when you don't have enough work to keep them busy, resulting in paying for unused time. However, with the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring that you only pay for the service when you have work available.

What if I already have an in-house team?

That’s fine!If you have in-house designers: We are happy to develop your Figma designs in Webflow. If you have in-house developers: We can design your products or web pages and get them ready for your development team.

What if I need revisions?

To guarantee your complete satisfaction with each project, we offer unlimited revisions. Just share your feedback, and we will make the necessary adjustments to meet your requirements.

What if I only have a single request to Onitnow?

You have the option to pause your subscription once you have completed your design or Webflow requests, and resume it later when you have additional needs. It is not necessary to let the remaining subscription go unused.

How does the pause feature work at Onitnow?

If you find that you don't have enough work to fill an entire month, you can take advantage of the option to pause your subscription. Our billing cycles are based on 1 month. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 20 days and then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be put on hold, and you'll have the remaining days of service that you can use at any time in the future. (within 6 months)

How fast will I receive my requests?

On average, we aim to complete requests in 48 to 72 hours. However, some bigger requests may require more time, which will be discussed upfront to set realistic expectations.

How will I communicate with you?

Apart from direct comments in your client dashboard when uploading requests, you will have a private Slack channel where you can communicate directly with us.

Is there a limit to how many requests?

Once subscribed, you’d be able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one (standard plan) or two at a time (pro plan).‍

Is there a scope of work you don't cover at Onitnow?

Yes, Onit focuses on visual identities, web design, product design, and Webflow development. However, we do not cover print design, packaging design, document design (decks, forms, etc) and development outside of Webflow.
