We offer our clients unlimited graphic design services at one simple price. What this means is that you can place unlimited graphic design requests, and we will work to complete each project as quickly as possible!We will never say no to a project. You may initiate as many new projects as you like in any given period of time, and we will work on each one in order of the priority you provide. You may also make unlimited revisions to any project.Generally, we will work on one project at a time until it is ready for your review to approve or provide feedback. Once we have sent a project for review or feedback, we will immediately start working on the next project you have in queue with us. In this way, we are always working on your projects.We accommodate one or two rush requests for each account at no additional charge. If you frequently require rushed deadlines on your projects, that can be arranged with your account manager for an additional fee per project.

All of our subscription levels come with unlimited projects and revisions.Here is a breakdown of what types of design projects each subscription covers. If you have questions about what level is needed for a specific type of design project, please contact us!Level one includes social media graphics, apparel & merchandise, packaging & labels, advertising & signage, single landing page designs, and photo editing & touch-ups.Level two includes everything in level one plus flyers & brochures, logos & branding, custom illustration, and slide deck presentations.Level three includes everything in levels one and two plus video editing & animation, motion graphics, advanced infographics, multiple brand support, dedicated creative director, custom integrations and much more!Please note that we do not provide development work like coding, however we may be able to help coordinate that work or refer you to partners that can help!

Our team is global, but we are mainly based in the United States. We do have team members on every continent except Antarctica.

Our team of senior level graphic designers set a very high bar for quality. You will receive work from the same designer so that they learn your preferences and brand standards in great detail.For this reason, you'll see consistency in the work we provide to you. If you give us broad feedback once, we note that in your account and go over it with your designer so that you don't have to provide it again.Finally, all work goes through a final step of quality assurance stage with an experienced art director before being shared with you. In this stage we review the design against the initial request you've provided, as well as looking for aesthetic and conceptual improvement opportunities that might result in a better product before it's sent to you for review.

Yes. We are a powerful design resource for you, but there are projects we're not well suited to work on.Some projects we do not work on include:Fillable and interactive PDF filesComplicated photo manipulation projects or renderings3D/CAD design projectsHTML, CSS, UI/UX designProgramming, coding, or developmentFiles outside of standard design formatsUse of trademarked names, brands, or quotesContent and copywriting

Absolutely. Any project we work on for you will include final files in your desired standard design file format as well as working files. Our goal is to pass things off to you in a way that the work is yours once we complete it.
